This policy describes how MahumTech LLC handles information on mahumtech.com. This website is a static product-portfolio and inquiry site. It does not provide user accounts, authentication, checkout, payment processing, or an application database.

1. Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, message, and acceptance of the linked terms and privacy policy. You may also contact us by email or telephone. Please do not submit credentials, health information, financial records, or other sensitive data through these channels.

2. How contact inquiries are handled

Contact-form submissions are sent over HTTPS to a DigitalOcean-hosted relay and delivered to MahumTech's shared Office 365 mailboxes. We use the information to respond, route the inquiry, maintain business correspondence, and protect the form from misuse. MahumTech does not sell contact-form information. Retention follows the operational and legal needs of the resulting correspondence rather than a fixed website database schedule.

3. Cookieless website analytics

MahumTech uses PostHog to record a small set of explicit website events, such as a page view, a portfolio link opening, a call-to-action click, or whether a contact submission succeeded or failed. Analytics are configured without autocapture, session replay, person profiles, persistent browser identifiers, or analytics cookies. Event properties are allowlisted and do not include form values, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, full URLs, or query strings. Like other hosted services, PostHog receives technical connection data needed to accept an event.

4. Hosting and external services

• DigitalOcean App Platform hosts and delivers this static website.
• DigitalOcean Functions and Microsoft Office 365 route and receive contact inquiries.
• PostHog processes the limited cookieless analytics described above.
• Calendly is an optional external scheduling destination.
• Portfolio, social, and open-source links lead to independently operated websites.

External services apply their own privacy terms when you visit them.

5. Security and choices

We use HTTPS and access controls appropriate to this website and its inquiry workflow. No internet transmission is risk-free. You may browse the public site without submitting the contact form. You can also block the analytics endpoint in your browser; doing so does not prevent site navigation or form submission.

To ask about information you submitted or request an appropriate correction or deletion, contact us using the details below. We may update this policy as the website or its service providers change and will publish a new effective date on this page.
